Controversial
This is certainly a well-written book that packs some important questions about diet and lifestyle - and offers some really nice recipes. But what you should know if you read this book is that the "science" in it has never been validate. He has not been peer-reviewed and his science is not evidence-based. His statements are hypotheses, not facts, although they are passed off as such. Make your own decisions and enjoy the read, but be aware that this is not a book of accurate science.
