Courier Orders
Once your parcel has been collected you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your delivery progress on the relevant courier's website.
All Courier orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days
Bob Box Click-and-Collect
When you shop online, you can opt to have your parcel delivered to a Bob Box locker during checkout. After your parcel is delivered, you have 48 hours to pick it up from your chosen location. To find out more, go to https://www.bobbox.co.za/how-it-works/
Pargo Click and Collect

Branch Collection
In-store collection available within 5 to 10 working days
Select the Pick Up option at checkout and choose your closest Reader's Warehouse branch

Once your order is complete and has arrived at your chosen Reader's Warehouse store, one of our friendly book enthusiasts will be in touch.
Please take note that we will only hold your order for a period of 1 MONTH at your selected store. If you haven't collected after 1 month, it will be returned to the head office, and your account will be credited with the amount of your order.
NB: If you decide to have your order couriered to you after it's been delivered to your chosen store for pick-up, you will be charged an additional courier fee.
