Cassandra Clare is now a favourite author of mine and this trilogy did not disappoint! I highly recommend

Cassandra Clare is always a good choice when it comes to fantasy authors. The infernal devices is probably my favourite fantasy series. Clockwork Angel sets the tone perfectly. Jem and Will have the best friendship and Tessa is a strong yet compassionate lead. She is a perfect role model to all the young adults reading this book. “One must always be careful of books," said Tessa, "and what is inside them, for words have the power to change us.” The words in this book did indeed change me and my love for this series will never subside.
